Born and raised in Ontario, Reghan made the move to The Battlefords 10 years ago. After a long career in Medical Imaging, Reghan needed a change, which started her studies in Massage Therapy and Yoga. 

She specializes in Deep Tissue Massage and is passionate about helping people when they are injured. 

Reghan soon followed her love for Yoga in which became a Yoga instructor and kick started "Fat Girl Yoga."  Her "Every Body Welcome" approach has quickly made her intimate Yoga sessions at Ditto a popular choice for all ages, genders and body types.
